I wanted to see what made my heart
Love
So I used your memory as a scalpel, and cut
into my decaying flesh-
But found only the charred remains
Of a vessel so marred by
Corruption
Not even childish tears could quench
your relentless
Flame.
Somehow delusion bestowed a gentle
Benevolence
Upon your malicious sneer, and made all too human
your polluted Intentions,
so I perished
Willingly quenching your perverted
Thirst.
For a second my veins seemed to dance
As they filled with your passionate
Fire
But in a twisted turn of fate, your so called passion
Had strangled my soul and mutilated my mind
And with my last breath, I found that my veins
Were not dancing, but writhing in
Pain.
