The legacy you leave is the one you live

Life’s pretty easy,
So why complicate it with truths?
Right ways? Oh they’re so cheesy,
And they’ll take my feet off the boots.

The lies I say
And the wrongs I do,
Keep things clean
And barricades off my way!

Why should I give up lies?
’cause they skip me a punition
When my work is in due;
And why should I give up my wrongs?
For I can hide my crime
By just bribing you!

Well, I’d never bow out these “Do not’s”
For they’re worth my harmony;
So, why Back down being true?
Do Wrong, it’s Easy!

We all trail off when we actually have to stiffen up and fight for and with "The Right". This poem is my frustrated reflection about the society, with a blend of sarcasm.

Your blend of sarcasm was amazing. :) I love how you spoke in this poem. It was like you were proclaming something better for the world. I am in awe of it actually. Great job. :)
