Cut, cut, cut,
Your baby boy,
Who’s only one day old.
He howls, but you don’t listen.
No one listens.
He sobs for his mother,
But who cares?
He slept right through it,
You’ll say.
I’m only doing what’s best,
You’ll say.
This is my decision,
You’ll say,
When in reality
He was
screaming,
He was
crying,
He was
helpless,
He was
innocent,
He was
suffering,
He was
violated,
He was
mutilated,
And for what reason?
None
