Internally
What is the real evil in this messed-up world?
Is it us?
Or the raging emotions
the agonizing experiences
the unexpected jealousies
gathered in our minds?
Everyone says war is never the answer
but are they true to their word?
The answer is no.
We all have wars
with ourselves
with others
with the world around us
and before we fix our wars
with our armies in the Middle East,
it would make a hell lot more sense
to end the ones within our live first.
