I walk
In my field of colored paper flowers
Watching the petals
Slowly fall off
And flutter through
The rainbow colored wind
As the white rain
Begins to drip down
From candy flavored clouds
To soak the multicolored flying petals
Of the paper flowers
And bring them to rest
In the dying black grass.
