Watch the World Change
March 7, 2014
I watch and wonder
as the world changes-
spreading every
which way.
I sit observing
as it shifts and reaches,
slowly fading to gray.
The once vibrant colors,
moving in stranger directions
than I can follow.
I'm stuck,
glued,
Trapped-
by the entombing blandness
of a dead world.
