What is Life?
A mere vapor gone in the blink of an eye,
A physical existence here for a short time,
Like the tide that rides on the rocks, then rolls by,
Being successful, being rich, being loved is all that can satisfy,
Because we are here for a moment, and then we die.
Many people have bought into this lie:
That we are here for a moment, and then we die.
You only live once, so live on the high,
Life is too short, don't let it pass by.
But life as an existence with no purpose can only bring physical exhaust
Where all hope is lost.
Life is just an existence when it rejects the power of the cross,
The cross gives the tide a purpose, the vapor a meaning, and the existence a life.
