When will it end…now, soon, never?
Nobody knows and that will be our bane
When we go to war we destroy ourselves
Driving us further into extinction
Now I wait, for how long I shall not know
Whether it be days, weeks, months, years, I wait
There is one thing I hope for…peace
I have my doubts just as anyone else
What people don’t understand is there is no end
Even if we gain world peace for the rest of time
It wont end, for it is inside us
Every day a battle rages out of control
None of us can escape its grasp
Not me nor you nor anyone else in this world
No one can be invincible
For it is in human nature to be hurt
And now everything inside is fighting
I will never know peace or tranquility
Now I face my biggest battle ever
Should I live or should I pass into the void
This I do not know and may never know
What would happen if I stayed
What would happened if I joined the void
Never will this waging war inside of me end
