There is always someone that has it worse than you

You act like I can't see our world
falling apart around us
You think I'm ignorant
of your pain

You take me for granted
asking everything of me
You ignore the looks of fear
on my face

I have the same pain
as you
I have the same fear
as you

You treat me like a child
that doesn't know of problems
You worry about everyone
but me

As if I have it
all together
Like I have the hope
to keep me happy

I love this poem.  I completely understand what you mean.  Everyone is always acting like I somehow have no problems going on whatsoever.  I think that this poem embodies those emotions perfectly.  Well done, indeed!
