My eyes, resting upon you in virginal newness,

beheld nuptial vigor in its entirety.

You were just a flash across quiet Earth,

burning too brightly for passersby to stare

and too quickly for my eyes to feast their fill.

You rose, heavenly messengers bidding your

voice, blooming to blushing skies while

still ripe with fresh newness. Feeble body,

palling eggshells from which bursts forth

a spirit of the cleanest kind.

My love, recycled and dog eared, though

specially preserved for you, now floats

hazily through the cold, while you gaze

from your eternal summer, in perfect harmony.
