Sweet Spring
Spring, sweet spring, fields breathe sweet
As Lilly’s of the Valley kiss our feet
Then blooms each blossom, colorful and all,
And birds sing their little song, as a call
Nature makes all filled with joy and gay
As rabbits hop, each wonderful day
Bounding from one place to another
Farther and farther, far away
Tall cherry blossom trees grow and bloom,
Aromas filling the air like perfume
Its leaves blow and brush,
As it is surrounded all by lush
Birds delight, as if in flight,
Counting the hours till midnight
Springs night, is as if all glows,
When one day passes, and another follows
Animals rest, all nice and snug
Nature calms and gives a hug
Tired after a long but peaceful day,
All goes to sleep, in harmonious silence,
As curtain veils the silenced scene
