fingertips, my cheeks, my heart, leading me to the sweetest-smelling flower, just
a couple skips toward sunrise; an

Orchestra hall ringing with a euphonious fermata, as every musician's eyes track
the conductor's baton, anticipating a change in tempo; the

Vacuum of outer space without an air tank, completely blank as far as the closest star, more than 85,260 light years away; the

Elevator of the eiffel tower, ascending all alone, the pull of gravity distracting me from watching the city of lights illuminate the world below.

these scenes imbue my mind
whenever I'm with you.
but I wonder,
do you feel them too?

This poem portrays the typical changes in and feelings of a teenager falling in love.
