Sea Glass

There was a flash of green
in a sea of blue
I'm reaching with my
cold not quite dead hands
trying to save you instead of me.
I'm pushing you up so I'll sink
but your falling too
so i wrap my arms around you
creating a wall of glass
to keep out the sea.
