I had always hoped our time would come
and my darling it's here.
Three years it's been
and not a single day went by where you didn't cross my mind.
My heart warms like summer
when I see your lovely smile
I could watch forever.
Your delicate touch and your sad eyes
If there's such thing as perfection, I'd imagine it's you.
You may not think it's true,
but for me it's always been you.
