Like an apple tree, love is.
High above our heads.
Beyond our reach.
Starting out small,
Like the pink blooms.
Then grow large,
Like the red fruit.
The ones on the ground,
Rotten like cold hearts.
The ones in the leaves,
Sweet like warm smiles.
Like an apple tree, love grows.

After spending so many hours, week, months, and even years of writng, I finally worte my first love poem that I actually liked. I wrote this back in 8th grade about two years ago. Hope you like it, if so, comment!
