It hurts me to see you with her
I can’t take the pain you bring
It’s like a knife in my chest
And all you say is it’s for the best
I know it wasn’t working out
But I feel we could of found our way out of this drought
What we needed was some rain to give us a fresh start
But you just wanted to walk away

But I still held you down no matter who was around
You meant the world to me but you still couldn’t see
What you were doing to me
So now I’m left here all alone
Wondering what I did wrong
When all along I should seen that your was the one
Breaking me down and making me feel like I was no bigger
Than the ground you walked upon
So now I’m sitting here like a cloud crying all these tears when I could have had happiness instead of feeling crappy like this
