#BathroomProbs MAG
You slowly creak open the dirty door
The foul stench of bodily waste hits
Like a car without brakes.
The dim lighting emphasizes
the lack of care
Urine, feces, mold, and an unknown
substance
Stain the wall and floor
As you approach the urinal
Your shoes stick and unstick to the
grimy floor
The raspy noise breaks the silence in the world of filth
You inhale the thick air, the feeling
of loneliness takes over
Toilet paper, used and unused, collects
in litters around the urinal
The urinal is tattooed a dismal rustic yellow
“Michael was hurt” is permanently etched on the wall
The lever covers your hand with a
clammy residue
As you wash them
The murky water tickles out
The soap scum-filled sink shows a
culmination of dirt
The soap lever lies on the floor – broken
The hand dryer lies adjacent to the wall
Paper towels are extinct from this
repulsive pigsty
In the mirror your face is fractured
You race for the door
Then once again
It hits just as hard
Fresh
Clean
Air
