I was resting peacefully,
in a pile of sand at the bottom of the churning, vast sea
Until a human lady came and bothered me
I was quite bothered by her disruption until I looked upon her
Her eyes crystal peridot, her hair satin, and her fair face as white as snow,
she was definitely the most beautiful creature,
I had ever seen
I could not leave the lost lady lonesome in the ocean,
so I did her a favour
In my hollow center she laid,
as I carried her to safety
Upon the sandy shores I delivered her,
and when she arrived,
she emerged from the water
and the sun shone brighter
the birds sang louder
the wind grew calmer
the ocean whispered
and the sand melted beneath her feet
A goddess was born,
and had been delivered in my delicate, scalloped boat
