The Choice

Its like
Standing
At the edge
Of a tall
City building.
You have
A choice.
Die
Or fly.
To engulf
Into a
Concrete
Darkness.
Or soar
And if
You’re lucky
Get caught.
There’s always
The choice.
It’s all about
The choice.
Some solve
It quicker
Than others.
For me,
It took
Time.
I realize
That what
I’ve always
Wanted
Was right
In front
Of me
This whole
Time.
It was
A risk,
I knew it.
But it was
The best
Risk
I’ve ever
Taken.
I was
Falling.
But in the
Best way
Possible.
I’ve made
My choice.
