Sing me to sleep with stories
Of bleeding stargazers
Plotting their graves
In eternity's night sky.
Write me fairytales
Of demon slaying princes
Dressed in cloaks of ink,
And electric maidens,
Eyes full of wonder and flame.
Braid my Rapunzel hair
With fairydust and rainbows
And the tears of fallen stars.
Drown my reality in velvety seas,
Those of mermaids and death.
Bury it in a coffin
Of milky, blood soaked rose petals.
A sacrifice to the angel of night.
