I am different from who I once was.

I use to believe starting over would make me an entirely different person, but I lied again.

I try to be myself, but I am starting to forget who I am and who I once was.

Life can be complex in a simplistic way.

Life can also be simple in a very complex way.

It all depends on how you look on life.

As a kid I use to look at bright colored trees and think about how tall they would grow.

Now I look at a tree and think about how soon it will die off and be forgotten.

Forgotten as I am.

Its quite sad to see myself fall like this, but it's been my decision.

I just hope one day I will see how wrong I was and grow like the trees I saw as a child.

Tall, full of wisdom and still growing.

Just like the person I've convinced myself I once was.
