"Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. My strength is my words, I can explain everything I need to in just a couple of sentences. My weakness is that I'm afraid to speak them in fear of judgment. Of not being accepted or praised. Of being forgotten."

I'm in a war.
The war of depression.
Battling against myself, to wake up everyday, to put on a fake smile; that is my war paint.
This war is not easy.
This war is not fun.
It's not a sadness, just a little battle that can be fixed with a few shots of chocolate bullets and a good nights sleep.
This is a war.
This is physically fighting for something that people have so easily come to them.
Happiness.
This isn't a battle.
This is war.
And its already left me with war scars.

My dearest best friend was going through a hard time, and came up with this.
She is so strong and beautiful. I just wish she would see it.
All credit goes to her.
I love you. <3
