I look at people
and I watch them progress
I watch how their lives move on
I've seen the best couples break up
and I've seen people get hurt
hurt by their boyfriends
or girlfriends
but I've watched
and time passes
but it feels like no time at all to me
and I've seen those same people
move on and find someone else
I've seen them happier and better
I look at people
and I watch them progress
and then I wonder
why does it seem so easy for them
when I've been the same as I've been
still miserably and completely stuck on you
why is it so hard for me?
