My arms hurt,
They still bleed.
I'm weak and tired,
Haven't eaten or slept.
I want safety,
This world has none.
I want comfort,
But I am hated.
I don't want to be left alone,
But do I have a choice?

It wasn't drugs or alcohol or smoking but it was a much more dangerous addiction that inspired this.
