Love changed me,

Lured me into its invisible arms with-

Sweet talk and relishing tastes of hope

It morphed me back to my old self again-

Overtime.

Love led me down steep hills-

Where I backtracked to the time prior my recovery.-

Overtime.

I get stuck at the bottom of the quicksand of life.

I call for help but

Love already vanished without a trace-

when I let my guard down.
