Favorite Quote:
“Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land
among the stars.”- Brian Thomas Littrell and Les Brown.

Aqueous vapor transforms into solacing rain
As I respire reminiscence
While eavesdropping and chasing after misty ghosts
I say farewell to my fainting, dimmed shadows
Watching them disappear like visual sound
My heart is splitting with shattered wings
Frozen in an empty hourglass
And falling to rustic debris
From a hazardous past of intoxicated whispers
And assassinated thoughts
Life's plethora has kept faith hidden from me
But now it sheds its light in a coruscating candle
For wreckages of fallen hope

This poem is about letting go of your past and realizing that there is hope at the edge of the darkness.
