The sun beats on his skin,
And under his eyes,
A visible burn is becoming vivid.

But he won't mind the upcoming rain.

For he told me,
That any pain he would go through for me is nothing.

In his life he has known only one real pain.

Heart Break.

I don't wish that he suffer,
For he has no reason.

He is my greatest gift,
And to abuse my privilege to his heart,
Would not only hurt him.

But as well put the devil himself in my soul,
Forever.

The sand in between my toes,
The ocean water glistening on his bare chest.

My favorite things,
Aren't here forever.

I tell myself that one day it will end,
And i still won't listen.

But before there is an Ending,
There must first be a Beginning.
