Favorite Quote:
"Keep my eyes to serve, my hands to learn" The song Below my Feet by Mumford and Sons

Music smiles through her fire and laughs through her tears
Her echo is always found everywhere
And lights a candle in the darkness,
But her truly resonant image lives only in the hearts of stars,
Shedding glorious, brilliant light That heats the foot on desert sand, And fills the body with her sweet, brilliant fire.

Thank you for showing me her starlight.

My private violin teacher is moving to a different country this summer. At her final student concert, I presented her a thank you card that was signed by her students and that also bore this poem.
