One day,
we will all grow up,
will have families,
will fall in love,
will be hurt,
will die.
We will all be forgotten.
We are told to leave a legacy,
but who will remember when we're dead?
we will become another hole in the ground,
a box of ashes on a mantel piece,
a forgotten memory
slowly decomposing into nothing.
