Depression's Fog

depression clings about the land
an acrid fog billowing for the dead
no light might pierce through cold thick clouds as depression chokes all life from the lands
its acrid fog clogging minds both young and old
fellow doubt crept in with depression
and together they stand as the bring new dead to a now dead land
