Trickling down your cheek
As soft as wilted rose petals
Do not let him see
Your sapphire eyes
Cool and transparent
Or taste your sweet breath
Like a thousand chill stones
Cascading from your lusting lips
Do not let his fingertips
Graze your delicate heart
Laced with every word
I so desperately wish I had said
When he leans in
To embrace your frail bones
