Kicking, punching
Hitting, running
Falling, crying
Slowly dying.

An escape
That’s all she wants
Inspiration
She wants to know
No tears
She doesn't want to cry
Yet they fall, yet her mind is empty, yet she is caged!

She kicks, She punches
She hits, She runs
She falls, She cries
She slowly dies inside.

The author's comments:
An internal struggle is always the hardest, and this is what the poem I wrote represents. The girl in the poem wants more, but she doesn't know how to get it, and she struggles to continue.
