Teenage Run-Away

She was a teenage runaway
Searching for a better day
Escaping dumb reality
Resenting actuality
She covers her head and starts to cry
Tears fall down, she wants to die...
So she became a teenage runaway
Just searching for the words to say to herself when she asks why kids have to wear these masks,
Why she has to be a runaway,
Just hoping for the better days.

I love this poem. How could you call it bad? The rhyming is beautiful, your message is pure, and the way you portray such a huge image in this tiny poem is fantastic. I love you!!
This poem was written for one of my best friends and I, because I know she is having a hard time, and she feels like disappearing.
