Defeat

It was only a moment
But A moment i will never get back
We all screamed and moved
But that did nothing
I fell back and looked to the sky
I saw nothing but the sun
piercing through my eyes like it was trying to crack a safe
The sun won and my will was defeated indefinitely
I felt the vital liquid run down my hand and leg
Warm yet chilling
For this was the day i was defeated
