Convicted

Run,
Don't look back,
Don't look back,
Sprint fast,
erase the past.
They're close,
you're filthy,
sweaty and gross,
to you're despair,
they're almost there.
You're mind races,
leaving traces,
You jump,
you fall,
within in your hearing,
you hear the siren call,
it's your life,
you're just addicted,
to be convicted.

This is really good, and I liked the way you made it fast paced like ur running with the person in the poem....but it should be "your mind races".... Just sayin XD

I felt the suspense throughout the entire poem. I felt like one of those thillers that has you on the esge of your seat until the end, yet without being too overly overwhelming. I really enjoyed this poem. And your username is awesome.
