A lonely caterpillar
On a road of lost hope
A beautiful cocoon
Wrapped tightly and gently
With secrets of the untold
An ordinary caterpillar
Just wanting to know her way
Suddenly tired
So full of leaves
A nap she needs
A nap she must take
So long cruel world
She will no longer be ridiculed
Sleep a while she will
Waking slowly but rested
Emerging lighter, happier
A lone caterpillar
Emerging a beautiful butterfly
Fly away, fly away
On amazing colored wings
Fly she does
