A quiet place
Small and quaint
Garden blooming
And the hammock swinging
A quiet place

A quiet place
The grass so green
The sun so bright
Outside waiting for me
A quiet place

A quiet place
With the open field
That lies ahead
And the country road
Oxford Mill
A quiet place

A quiet place
Where the horses graze
In the summer days
I love these things
A quiet place

A quiet place
Where now autumn
Leaves now falling
The jackets come out
A quiet place

A quiet place
Filling with doubt
Knowing that winters
Just around the corner
A quiet place
