in the middle
of things.
-Do you oftentimes feel
like you’re
in the middle?
-Well…yeah. Do you?
-Yes.
(A moment of thought)
I think that those who think
too much
get stuck in the middle.

A real conversation. I tried to construct it as a normal conversation would progress and tried to structure the line breaks as one would speak, with inflections and pauses.
