Favorite Quote:
Cheese for everyone! Wait, scratch that. Cheese for no one. I suppose that can be just as much of a celebration, if you don't like cheese, true? You've run a maze like a good little rat. But no cheese for you yet. Well, maybe a little. -Sheogorath

I hold on to memories of you
like so many grains of sand.
I try to grasp them all
but they slip through my fingers
until I have only a few
trapped in my cupped hands
never to escape.
But if they were to ever
Fall through my fingers
and I have nothing left to cling to
my mind would be empty,
for remembering you
is all that I have
and all that I am.

This poem was written about my mom and brother, who died in a house fire when I was eleven years old. Please do not plagiarize my poetry, as I've worked very hard on it.
