Fear,
Darkness and helplessness,
Flying around you,
It encases you,
In a black bubble,
Trapping you.
Coming closer with every thought,
Every breath,
Every minuscule movement.
Fear coursing through your body,
Making it worse,
Bigger,
Stronger.
Fear stops you.
Paralyzes you.
Kills you.
