A dream gone bad

It feels so real
You here with me
You have changed my life of misery
All of it feels like a dream
Reality is gone
When you are with me
My life vanishes
When you leave
Reality hits
returning with power
Over coming me
Beating, kicking, abuse
all from a person I once loved
I do not want to wake
My dreams save me
From my crazy life of misery
My dream of you
It feels so real
Only because of the way I feel
Hope that one day this dream
This dream of you
Will become my reality
