"A kiss is a lovely trick designed by nature to stop speech when words become superfluous." -Ingrid Bergman

Quickening heartbeat
Blood rushing to my cheeks
When held by you,
Snug in your arms

Filled with contentment, pleasure
Coursing through my veins
When the warmth of our bodies
Touches

Looking into your eyes
I get lost
And could stay
Forever

Like a drug, made
Personally for me
Impossible to quit,
Not that I would

When your lips, like morphine
Rain kisses upon my skin
On my own undeserving lips
I always want for more

Just more of you
Knowing you more
As a big part of my life,
My time

Having a boyfriend whom I love, but who doesn't typically share about himself often is what prompted me to write this.

You dont know what you have till its gone.

I love this poem as well as the ryhthm and its sensational beat and feeling.
