The heart opened up a bright new light.
The blind mice were finally given sight.
It’s hard to believe but it’s true,
the new love between me and you.
Before we met it was dark,
but you have certainly made your mark.
Within my heart you will stay,
and guide me through a whole new day.
You my sweet are my first
love, life, and equal.
