The sun is shining.
But my world is so dark.
Everybody’s laughing,
Yet I only see tears.
The world is beautiful
But what I see is brutal.

My world is so gloomy.
It’s filled with sadness.
No one is ever happy here.
It’s so lifeless and depressing.
I don’t think anyone knows what
It feels like to be joyous and happy anymore.

It’s been so long since
I’ve seen happiness
I don’t think I know how anymore.
Nothing that goes on these days
Can make my world brighter.
Not even the most happiest of things.

It’s like I’ve been
Sucked from happiness.
Like the people here have no lives.
Like they just stopped trying
And gave up on everything.
They have no faith or belief
What’s so ever.

It’s sad really.
That no one is ever happy.
That they have given up completely.
If they are anything like me
They are waiting for the day
That they can be rescued
And put in a world full of
Love and determination.
