Staring out across the water.
Her eyes cold with hate.
A smile filled with passion.
Knowing that it might be to late.
A dream amongst dreams
The distance between me & you.
I think of a distant time when.
We did what lovers do.
So save me this pain.
And lend me your heart.
Lost in these emotions.
That we have felt from the start.
I remember a time.
In which you laughed sweetly.
Or how your eyes gleamed.
When you smiled discreetly.
So take me away.
To the times we were happy.
The consistent feeling.
Before we felt crappy.
Lock me away.
In your minds attic.
Only a memory forever.
Lost in the black static.
