Be Here, Now

And where is my direction?
I lose focus when you're
Being where you are,
When you are where I
am.

And you're kind of like the city,
(In the night when it rains)
Or, ice-cream on a summer's
Day,
burning skylights make it melt
Away
And
Melt and
I
Am
Melting.

Dissolving beneath the surface
of the sticky substance
Of the voices that constantly
Fill the bubbling lines of
Phrases that blur my
Wandering
Mind

But you're kind of like the way
The sand feels beneath my toes,
And the numb, dull feeling
During winter's snow
And you're
any way
the wind
blows
if that's
anywhere
at all

Am I anywhere at all?

I'm kind of like the way I feel
When the vision comes to mind
But then it's torched by all the reason
that tends to rule my mind
And I don't
Want to think
this time
Let's just
Be
Here... Now.

Let's
Just...

Be here, now.
