Faces tell a story,
story of ones past.
A story that is forgotten,
but is always remembered last.

Faces tell of pain, or desperation,
pain from ones history.
History of untold stories,
but is always remembered blissfully.

Faces are everywhere you go,
some are wide open like a book.
Everyone wants to read it,
but are afraid to look.

Faces come in different colors,
some have blemishes and scars.
Some are just as flawless as can be,
but are dented and scratched like old cars.

Faces can tell many stories,
fairy tales or nonfiction.
Some can tell of a world unknown,
but have no jurisdiction.
