...just breathe...

Frustratingly angering
It is abusive to the mind
Into some deceivingly shallow crevice
All important tasks slide
Little bells hinting to the brain
Something has been neglected
Again.

Rummage around
It must be here somewhere
Come on now,
Remember.
Then up they rise as if they never fell
But time has passed
Oh no
Oh well
Late is not perfect
Forgetting is not ideal
But as a fallible creation
Forgiveness is necessary

My week was filled to the brim with forgetful situations. Perhaps I am not alone.

I am blown away by this poem! The sudden rhyme in the middle of the second stanza made the whole thing come together and your word choice was beautiful!
