The pain I have has been kept buried deep.
Deeper than anything, yet I refuse to let it take over,
But it still remains, way deep down in my brain.
The pain many have caused and probably don’t even know,
It’s a shame, and it only makes my pain grow.
It feels like being kicked over and over again,
Soon it goes numb and I think I can pull though this week.
Then the pain comes back on full attack,
It’s so overwhelm that I can’t react.
So, I’m stuck with the fact,
That the pain may be buried deep,
But it is and always will remain, somewhere in my brain.
