I'm mad at you
For ignoring me
When I need you most
For not noticing
That I'm drowning in
Melancholy
Nostalgia
& Self-loathing
For believing me when I say
“I'm okay”
I'm mad at you
And hurt
But it's not your fault really
You are too worldly
And shallow
And I am much too deep
And sentimental
I fret over everything
And cry over spilled milk
I told you once that I'm not so good at
being happy
But you seem to have forgotten that
I'm mad at you
Because you are in love
And I am out
And I am sorry for that
